The first step in the process is to sketch out what the end result will look like. This offers you an idea of how your item may look. After drawing, we convert the image into a CAD file, which allows us to show you how your ring will look from various perspectives.
To produce the mould for your design, we 3D print a wax replica. Preparing a mould allows us to precisely measure your piece and reduces metal waste, saving you money and time.
This is the first tangible step in the creation of your ring. Pouring the metal into the mould, cooling, and demolding produce a rough casting. This rough cast is unpolished and requires more treatment before it can be used to make jewellery.
The metal is polished to excellent jewellery standards. We use different techniques depending on the metal to give you the greatest appearance for your jewellery. The semi-mount is now ready to be embellished with jewels.
We began by setting the diamonds in the piece. Because there are nearly always more diamonds than Tanzanite in your jewellery, we can move through the process more rapidly and have the ring ready for you as soon as possible.
Finally, we placed your lovely Tanzanite in its setting. We create a tight fit in all of the prongs, ensuring that your Tanzanite is as secure as possible. We will mail your jewellery to you from our headquarters in Jaipur with our Certificate of Authenticity and complimentary lifetime guarantee.
